		<description>Comparison was okay but not enough to select JPA, since both of this having advantages and disadvantages. New Hibernate 4 or later is using some JPA annotation and covering some drawbacks. But its always good to stick on to old xml style instead of making a POJO with tones of annotation, will definitely confuse the developer who is maintaining after some years.</description>
